Mr.Eddie Chng Weng Wah 'Chairman' Mr Chng has over 20 years of extensive experience in the electronics, semiconductor and technology industries. He is presently an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Equation Corp Limited www.equcorp.com, listed on SGX Catalist Code 3106. Mr Chng is also Chairman and Director of Centillion Environment & Recycling Limited www.centillion-er.com, listed on SGX Mainboard Code 3131.

Mr Chng co-founded WT Microelectronics Co. Ltd. Taiwan www.wtmec.com (fka Wintech Microelectronics Co., Limited) a semiconductor distribution company in 1993 and assisted the Company to be listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange Code 3036 in 2000.

From 1992 - 1997, Mr Chng pioneered the 1st Design Centre in the development of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Sub-Micro Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) with 40 in-house engineers at a design lab. Then, National Science Technology Board – NSTB (now A*Star) awarded an S$8 million grant for the said research work.

Mr Chng was formerly VP with China’s Foreign Trade Council, a sub-council of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) from 2004 to 2006. CCPIT comprises of high profile individuals, enterprises and organizations representing the economic and trade sectors in China. Mr Chng has a diploma in electrical and electronics engineering, marketing/sales management and marketing management and was awarded Asia Europe Young Entrepreneurs Award at Berlin Asia Europe Young Entrepreneurs Forum in 1999.

Mr. Chow Sou Chian Larry 'Chief Executive Officer'

Mr. Chow is the chief executive officer ("CEO") of the DiSaGroup and was appointed as such on 1 February 2006. His responsibilities include overseeing the DiSa Group’s strategic directions and development. He has more than 20 years of experience in the sale, marketing and distribution of consumer electronics products in China and Europe and has built up a wide network of distribution contacts for consumer electronics products in these locations. Prior to joining DiSa, Mr. Chow was the general manager of Cosmic Digital Technology Co., Ltd., from 2001 to 2006.

Mr. Koh Kim Soon 'vice-president of operations of the DiSa Group'

Mr. Koh is the vice-president of operations of the DiSa Group and was appointed as such on 18 March 2008. He heads the operations of the DiSa Group's original equipment manufacturing ("OEM") and LED businesses in Malaysia and reports directly to the CEO. Prior to joining DiSa, he was the general manager of Light Singapore Pte Ltd from 2006 to 2008.

Wong Ah Kiow 'Financial Controller of DiSa Digital Safety Pte Ltd'

Ms Wong joined the Company as financial controller of DiSa Digital Safety Pte Ltd in August 2010. She is a fellow member of ACCA and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She has many years of working experiences in the manufacturing industry, both local companies listed in Malaysia and multi national company listed in Singapore. Prior to this, she was an external auditor. Her main responsibilities in ‘Disa’ Group include overseeing the entire finance team, management reporting function as well as strategic financial planning and compliance related matters.

Koh Boon Kiat 'Technical Manager'

Mr Koh joined DiSa Digital Safety in August 2010 as the Technical Manager; Mr Koh possesses strong technical and analytical skills with many years of experiences in IT system analysis as well as in other areas. Prior to joining, Mr Koh was working in China for several years as a Regional IT Manager for Broadway Industrial Group Limited, managing all aspects of Information technology related implementation.
